The software runs the day.You check in.

Alvero is the operating system for dental practice owners. Scheduling, clinical records, treatment plans that carry the fee and the insurance estimate on the same screen, patient messaging, and the reporting an owner actually needs on a Monday.

Four practices, every day
Your records
Yours, and exportable

What it is

Written by someone who has
to use it on Monday.

Most practice software is bought from a vendor who has never run a schedule, and it shows. The report you need is the one that does not exist. The treatment plan the patient is handed is not the one they can read. The export you want is a support ticket.

Alvero was built the other way round. It runs a dental group's own practices first, which is the only honest way to find out whether software works. When something is wrong on a Tuesday morning, the person who can change it is the person it is wrong for.

It is not trying to be every system in the building. It is trying to be the one the front desk, the operatory and the owner all look at, and to be correct.

The principle

The work happens. The owner checks in. Software that needs constant attention has moved the job rather than done it.

Inside

Six things, and they
agree with each other.

The schedule

Columns, recall, short-notice lists and online booking that writes into the practice management system rather than an inbox somebody has to read.

Clinical records

Charting and notes in the operatory, on the same record the front desk is looking at, with an audit trail that survives a records request.

Treatment plans

Every line carries the fee beside it and the insurance estimate beside that, before anything is booked. If the numbers move, the plan goes back on the screen first.

Patient messaging

Reminders, confirmations, forms and two-way conversation in one thread, so nothing about a patient lives only in somebody's phone.

The Command Centre

One view across every practice. Where the gaps are, what is unconfirmed, which columns will not fill themselves, and who is already on it.

Owner reporting

Production, hygiene reappointment, recall, case acceptance and unbooked treatment, derived from the record rather than typed into a spreadsheet.

How it is built

Four commitments, and
each one costs us something.

It runs our own practices first

Nothing ships to anyone else that is not already carrying real patients in a real building. That is slower than shipping to a beta list, and it is the reason the defects get found by us.

It talks to the system you already have

Alvero reads and writes against an existing practice management database rather than demanding a migration on day one. A practice can run both while it decides.

Your records are yours

Patient data, schedules, notes and documents are exportable in a usable format on request, without a support ticket and without a conversation about what happens if you leave.

A dentist resolves the clinical questions

No product decision sets treatment, targets or a quota against a chart. Where a clinical judgement and a software convenience disagree, the clinical judgement wins and the software gets harder to build.

Where it is

Early, and we would rather
say so than not.

Alvero is in production inside its own group of practices. It is not generally available, there is no self-serve sign-up, and it is not being sold to anyone who has not talked to the person who built it.

Practices join one at a time, with the modules that are ready for them, and with the parts that are not ready named out loud rather than promised.

Who it is for

Owners of one practice or several who want the schedule, the clinical record and the reporting to be one system instead of four, and who would rather help shape it than wait for a roadmap.

Alvero is a separate company from the dental practices that use it. No practice is required to run it, and it is not a condition of anything.

Start a conversation

Every enquiry is read
by a person.

If you run a practice and want to see it, say so and we will show you the real thing on real data rather than a slide.
